Isn't it about time to update the "Computer Specs" sticky?

Every other person that comes here wants a comp for around 1000$, and every person is suggested the same few things:

GA-P35 Gigabyte MOBO

8800gt

Q6600

2x1gb Corsair RAM

Why not have an updated sticky that has all these things under the 1000$ price range... It would be less work to keep the sticky updated then to answer every thread some one posts about a new build.

And you would obviously have the other price ranges, from 600$ to about 1800$, in 200$ intervals.

I thought about making a new one, but there are more opinions than facts on the forum. In other words, too many ppl would 'pick' at everything.
