I'm trying download and ISO file for Windows 11 which I'm going to try to put on an unsupported PC. I'm not sure how or what ISO file I should use.

You can get them from Microsoft direct.

On that page that Intel man linked just click on download now under create windows 11 installation media, open it and follow the prompts. It creates the usb/dvd automatically. You just tell it which one. If you download the iso, you'll have to do a separate step with software to write the image to the device/media.

If you get the ISO you can use Rufus to easily disable some of the requirement checks when writing to a USB drive.
