Issue with wheel Gembird STR-Shockforce

This model have 180 degrees wheel rotation, 90 to the left and 90 to the right.
The problem is when I turn the wheel in either direction, the minimum and the maximum value of the axis is reached by turning the wheel to 50-55 degrees. The remaining 40-35 degrees is simply not used.
Is there any software to solve this problem?

Some games like iRacing have their own calibration you need to do from within the game as well.

I try to calibrate my wheel by using standard Windows calibration Wizard, but it haven't any option to readjust max and min values.
On Gembird website there is no specific software for calibration, just drivers.
