Issues EVGA 560 Ti

I have a 750 Watt PSU, which I'm using for my board, an i7, 4 sticks of RAM, 2 HDDs, 1 SSD, a 9800GT and my 560Ti. Even with the 9800 disconnected, I'm not getting anything on screen, except a series of beeps after POST.

My PSU should easily supply this card, so any ideas?

EDIT

PSU is Ultra LSP750P
Can run computer on just the 9800, and I am replacing a second 9800 with my 560- switching the second 9800 to physics

I think it usually (and in my case, the manual says) *process* failure. The difference being that a process is just a snippet of code, and a failure here would be expected if my card has no power or there is an issue reading it.

If there was a processor failure, I would not be able to boot it up with just one card, which is what I'm currently doing. I will edit the original post to indicate this.
