I wasn't sure where to put this but awhile back I got a virus. I got rid of it quickly except for one thing. It won't allow me to change the desktop background. I know it's not much but I want to make sure it doesn't develop into a larger problem later on.
I right click my desktop and click properties and go to desktop. Then pretty much every option is grayed out except for the 'customize desktop' and then parts along the side. The 'browse' button is also grayed out so I can't click on it. All that works is the 'Position' and 'Color'. Everything else in the properties button seems to work fine except for that. Is there any way I could fix this?
And the system is a Windows 2000 HP Media Center.
