Issues with OS install

I just purchased a new computer, and hooked it all up. All the parts seem to be working, but for some reason it doesn't want to install windows. At various points in BIOS or Windows Install it reckognizes all my SATA drives (my primary and secondary HDD and my Blu-Ray) but it doesn't seem to recognize them all the time. It did only show 1 option for a disk to install to when I started formatting, which concerned me originally but I figured I'd worry about it later - now I'm worrying about it.

The first time I tried to install, I got to the point where I formatted a drive (made a 75GB partition, NTFS, and it went through the process) then it failed to boot to install with an error saying it could not access or read the boot disk (if it helps I can go back and copy over the full error). The BIOS shows my Blu-Ray and my secondary hard drive in the IDE controller, and when I go into the advanced options for raid array I see both HDDs in there, so I'm thinking everything is connected and its an issue with compatibility or the BIOS, but I'm not sure.

Here's my system:
Case: XClio A380BK
PSU: Corsair CMPSU-750TX
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-MA790FXT-UD5P AM3
CPU: AMD Phenom II x4 955
Mem: 4x2GB (8GB Total) Corsair XMS3 DDR3 1333MHz
Primary HD: WD VelociRaptor 300GB 10k RPM
Secondary HD: WD Caviar Black 1TB 7200 RPM
Blu-Ray: Pioneer BDR-203BKS 8X
Video Card: Sapphire Ati Radeon HD 4870 Vapor-X
Sound Card: CL SB X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty

Does anyone have an idea of how to fix it? I'm fresh out.

Uh...which ones am I supposed to plug it into? There was no real specification in the book which was which (I have them in the GSATA slots).

Thanks! Trying it right now. I'll give you a funny story as a thank you: I turn off my computer, unplug it and turn off the PSU, then swap the SATA cables over. Push the power button and nothing happens. Plug it in, turn on the PSU, and the power switch works again!

It works! Thanks for the help - like I said it wasn't very clear in the manual, and I'm not real familiar with different SATA connections (except that SATA2 is better than the original).
