I ran Ad Aware (Lavasoft) again and it read that I have the same Spy software by Ab System Spy??

This is crazy unless the Ad-Aware created. and what is " Stumble toolbar"

I didn't bother reading the Hijack this log since I often don't find them useful. Adware is no longer a useful in my opinion they don't seem to keep up well with their definition anymore. Programs like Malwarebytes or SuperAntiSpyware are much better at this time. Before running either or both of them go to your Add/Remove Control Panel and remove any entry with the word toolbar in it unless your using that particular toolbar. It also may be helpfull to google the programs listed in the Add/Remove Control Panel to identify questionable entries as well.

How to run a scan with Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here , Here or Here

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

• Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
• Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Full Scan", then click Scan.
• The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
• Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
• When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note)
• The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.

Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts.
Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process.
If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

Spyware is often installed without the users knowledge or permission, it can be installed by someone with access to your system but is often installed through malicious websites or virus infested files.


Download and Run ComboFix
If you already have Combofix, please delete this copy and download it again as it's being updated regularly.

• Download this file from one of the three below listed places :

  http://subs.geekstogo.com/ComboFix.exe
  
• Then double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
• When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply

Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall

Combofix should never take more that 20 minutes including the reboot if malware is detected.
If it does, open Task Manager then Processes tab (press ctrl, alt and del at the same time) and end any processes of findstr, find, sed or swreg, then combofix should continue.
If that happened we want to know, and also what process you had to end.
