IT is ok to have this install?

I bought a new power supply for my computer inorder to run an 8800gts. I bought one with 2 rails. one is 18A and the other is also 18A. is this good enough for the 8800gts? also the power supply have a 120mm fan which is flowing air and hit my heatsink, is this ok i mean the power supply and the heatsink is about 1 inch apart, and if i leave my computer on 24/7 is this going to make my cpu get hotter?

mm it shouldn't, the power supply fan is sucking air in so it will suck air past your CPU taking hot air with it, so no it shouldn't damage anything.
