its not letting me. it's freezing on that sreen. it goes through windows loading files, then does the regular windows with the green bar loading like my laptop, then freezes.

Hard drive is all connected properly????

Try reformatting and installing windows again.

Do a FULL format not a QUICK format!

hi just remove hdd cable and place it again and then change u r os cd from which u try to install the os may be that cd is not boot able so try for it .
bye tc

can you post the screen your talking about too, but try to do a full format, and is the second hard drive hooked up, or is it a storage drive?

how would i reformat if i can't get into windows. the second hard drive is not hooked up yet, i need an adapter for the IDE hook up

You don't need to go to Windows to reformat. Go to the CMOS/BIOS, set the boot priority to your CD/DVD drive as the 1st one, pop in the Windows CD, and follow the onscreen instructions.

Take one stick of RAM out at a time. If problem persists, switch to the next stick o' RAM. If that one works, then you gotta bad set.
