It's worth to upgrade to ATI 4830 ?

Hey guys, my question is urgent, so what do you think it's worth to give up an procesor C2D E7300 + graphics card ASUS HD 4670 to upgrade to an ASUS EAH 4830 ?
 
It would give you a slight boost in graphics, but don't expect night and day. Might as well save for an entirely new system.
