when I try to open iTunes i get the message that it has encountered a problem and needs to close. i've tried restarting and i've tried opening it by plugging in my iPod...nothing works.any suggestions other than reinstalling it?
I had a problem with this as well. I uninstalled iTunes after backing up all my music, and I also uninstalled Quicktime, and then after reinstalling the newest versions of both of these, everything worked fine.
