iTunes with multiple iPhones

My mrs and I have joined our musics collections together on our iTunes and I was wondering can you have it as when I plug my iPhone in I can sync my phone - music/Photos/apps etc and when she plugs hers in it will sync hers? (she hasnt got hers yet) Both our phones are part of a joint contract not that has any issue with it, wasn't sure I would need to register it as part of my iTunes account for them both sync.

If you both have different music it would be better to have different logins. Go into control panel and create a new account for one of you and then you can transfer what music, data, photos to the new account.
