Itunes won't sync a movie?

My itunes programmes has 8 videos and one of them, in the exact same format and same resolutions, will not sync onto my ipod. I've tried everything. Converting the video, asking itunes to make the file compatible to the Ipod and making sure all the update on my ipod and itunes are to date.

I'm now stuck, the file isn't damaged or currupted in anyway after watching it in itunes itself and there are no viruses in the file either. I've tried manually dragging the file to the ipod through itunes and tried normally syncing but it just doesn't do anything. No error message to run on and no reason why it shouldn't because all the other videos except this one are on the Ipod.

The Ipod is the 4th generation video touch and the Itunes is up to date.

Any help is appriciated, thanks.

make sure there is not a update for the ipod in itunes that can stop things goin on it, also is this the original itunes/computer? you get 5 installs but i have found with mine you have to be on the original one to add anything on the device.
 
Yes, original computer and yes, all up to date. Checked that. Besides, on my old Ipod It had a different computer which wasn't it's original but still put files on there. Seriously confused about this one. It should go on there!
 
is it giving any errors or saying anything as to why its not? or when you drag the video over just wont go on? also when in itunes click on the ipod and it should come up with a summery check under video's maybe needs to be selected ?
 
All videos are selected but it just wont go on the Ipod. When I manually click and drag it won't do anything but it doesn't give any error codes cuz it just refuses to put it on.
