I've decided to upgrade my computer

SO right now i have this :
-AMD X4 640 3.0 Ghz
-Redeon HD 5450 1GB
-3 GB RAM
-500w

Because of some games like AC4,COD,PES,FIFA and the new NBA 2K I have to upgrade , and this what im gonna do :
leave the CPU as is, get 2x4 GB RAM and buy a new graphic card which will be Zotac GTX660 2GB || Saphhire redeon 7850 2GB || Gigabyte GTX660 OC 2GB

Right now , as i said earlier , I have 500w power supplier.
my questions to you guys are
1. if i should upgrade to a new 600-650 power supplier
2. if i should compromise on a 1 GB graphic card for my needs (those cards in my country cost about 290$ - 310$)
3. if its bother you that i'm asking to many questions :D

What is the make and model of your power supply? If its a cheap one, you will need to get a better one.
 
my power supply is MONO model ATX-500
input 230 VAC 6A MAX. 50 Hz

hmm i dont know how cheap or good my power supply is ,so i hop i wrote you the enough states..
 
Yeah, you would definately need to upgrade that as its a garbage unit. You would need something like a corsair cx 500 or cx 600 depending on any future upgrades.
 
ok cool it cost about 115$ here so its fine..
what about the graphic card ? Will it fit my games requirments ?
and if so , is there a cheaper graphic card that would run those games well ?
and do i really need 2GB graphic memory ?
 
no chance XD i am so poor that i can't even pay attention with my money !
anyway thanks for your help , i will be waiting for some more comments and ideas :)
 
Couple of extra questions:

What resolution do you play at?
What Operating System do you have (32 bit or 64bit)?

If you play at 1080p with the games you mentioned, you wont need a massive amount of VRAM. Secondly, if you have a 32bit OS, you have no need to add extra RAM as it wont be used.
