iwould like to upgrade my Video card please HELP!

i would like to upgrade my video card but have a tight budget. I have the Radeon 9200 now but i need a card with HDMI outputs on it so i can run it to my flat screen. Any help on this issue would be appreciated. Maybe give a price of some cards that have the outputs i desire but still are an upgrade from my 9200 radeon.

how much budget do you have exactly?
I recommend hd2600xt with hdmi output about $70.
But at first you need a board with pci-e port.
