I posted here about this problem some months ago.
the problem is when ever I connected a audio playback device to the mother board, speakers headphone and such, it comes up with an error suggesting that the device is not connected correctly same problem no matter what it is, everything seems to work fine in all other jacks such as micrphone. but nothing in the green audio jack.
When I posted this problem months ago I was using Vista so I put it down to poor driver support, however no i am back in xp SAME ISSUE! no problems in device as far as visble errors go. It all should be working fine, i used drivers from the cd an website.
