Java 2 SDK 1.4.2 Documentation Installation

I am trying to install the Java 2 SDK Documentation following Sun's instructions:

but I don;t understand step #2. I thought it was saying to execute step #2 at the command prompt, but "unzip" is not a command...Can anyone help??

Use a file archiving tool such as WinRAR, WinZip or ZipGenius to unzip the file.
