I need to know how to install java. I've been getting JDK 5.0.
I know that I have to change the environment variables, but I have absolutely no idea how to do that.
Help me get Java installed on my comp so that I can be more prepared for class.
The way it works in our lab is that you can right click on the folder with all of your methods, like keyboard, and the folder is also the intended place for the .java file to be saved. When the menu comes up after right clicking I have the option to "Open Command Window" or something like that, and from there we open notepad, and do all our compiling/interpreting there.
Are they all like that or am I gonna have to do it another way?
