i downloaded jdk 5.0 from sun website
but my installer said
"this account does not have sufficient privileges to install java tm
please loginto an account with adminstrative permission"
I really wanna know why and how i can fix this problem.

Well this means either your not the computer owner, as the account your signed into cannot install software.

Or you just restricted your own account you are currently using, which in that case you just log into the administrator account.
