JRE java encrypt extension

Hi,
I was installing a program and then an error message came to me: "no JRE installed!"

What is JRE (Java Runtime Environment)?

First, make sure you have J2SE 5.0... (can find out in add/remove programs)

It's not JCE!! It is JRE. It's also related to Java, but I don't know what it means. Can anyone help me???
