jetbook 9000 jetta laptop Help please!

Hey im new to the forums and i was lookin into gettin a laptop for a trade. Its a very good cheap trade on my half and the computer is fine i just want to know if its really worth gettin the laptop. I wont be like gaming or anything Just using it for the basics.

3com lan pc card and adaptor thing

windows 98
i know nothing about computers sorry guys i can try to get more specs i think pentium 3 and 40 gig hard drive

you wanna use a different os on it? if not then thatll probs be fine, unless it has no RAM like 32mb or sumthing
