Does anyone know where I can get a jpeg to PDF converted without downloading other garbage software? I'm trying to convert my jpegs into Word so I can send them throw the Internet without overflowing some ones email

Err? Why would you want to do such a thing? Loading a bunch of images into a PDF or Word document will just make the file bigger. If you are worried about the file size, you could upload them to an online image site and send a link to the album.

If you really want to convert a bunch of jpegs to pdf you'll need some software but you don't necessarily need to download and install it. This site looks to do the job, http://docupub.com/pdfconvert/

Because a word document is 20 times smaller than jpeg

A Word document that contains only text is typically smaller because text is highly compressable due to lots of white space. However, once you add images to the document, such as a jpeg, the file size will climb accordingly since most image formats are already highly compressed and can't be compressed any further.

Word has the ability built-in for you to insert images so you don't need any type of converter, however, the file size of a Word doc with an inserted image will be larger than the image file itself so the suggestions Cromewell made are probably your best bet.
