Hey! I use my jump drive to download programs at work because my dial up is so slow. Anyway sometimes when I get home the program will not install. It will open a small window with the old installation windows with the black background and then it will go away. It will do this even if I delete the program off the drive and go and download it again. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.
