Ok here goes,

Is it better having more RAM than it is speed?

and

How do you know the speed is it like the latency timings the lower the better? so for instance 5-5-5-15, 1066MHz would be faster than 5-5-5-15, 800MHz

Since you posted memory with identical CAS latency i would say get the one with the faster FSB.

If you are comparing differant CAS latency speeds .... it really is not that important. FSB is where i would look.

One CAS might be faster .. but you wont notice it.

Now really think about this. Both have timing of 555/15. One runs at 400/800, the other at 533/1066. Which one would you guess is faster?

Ha yer i was just getting a second opinion sort of thing just to be sure.. :)
