Just a Stupid How To Forum Question

I have tried to quote parts of posts...like you all seem to be able to do, but it's not an option for me. Being fairly new, can someone give a quick "how to"?

btw: I read the posts debating Praetors helpfulness...and it was closed before I could comment so....

generally speaking I find good information in his posts. I think he will agree...there are times he likes to merely play Devil's advocate
