No clue about that board specifically, but I have noticed it's typically better with any board to install the drivers through device manager than using install programs. Try finding the drivers that aren't loaded in device manager than direct it to wherever the files are located. There should be a folder with a .inf file. If the specific driver doesn't have a .inf, you probably can't use this method.
Some programs require you run the setup. The drivers are then basically extracted and installed.
