i see like some rams, it reads PC100 or PC133 and what not.
but what does the PC stands for ? and also what is that number after pc ?

may be a dumb question but i myself don't even know!!

I don't know if pc stands for anything but on the older models of RAM, pc100, pc133 and such the number stood for how fast the RAM could talk to the cpu.. 100mhz for the pc100, etc. On the newer models it stands for the theoretical bandwidth, pc 3200 for example would have the capability of transmiting data at 3.2gigs per second.
