Just installed SpySweeper and now problems w/ e-mail

Hey all,
Quick question. I just bought and installed SpySweeper and also have Norton Anti-V running. Now my e-mail program is acting funny (Excite e-mail). Sometimes when I'm in my e-mail program and write a new e-mail and click send, I get booted out of my e-mail and back to the initial sign in page for Excite e-mail. In Norton I have disabled scan outgoing e-mail, but the problem is still there. Anyone know/have the same problem? I'm wondering if its a problem with Norton or SpySweeper.

why not check the mail settings on the spysweeper and the antivirus for conflicts
Also try the operating system security options, u just might stumble on the conflicting setting, u can also use the event viewer to track down the problem
