I'm most probably a lot older than most of you
and I am truly excited about how technology has advanced and how the youth of the world are taking it to it's to the limit
That being said;
I am NOT a gamer
I am NOT a serious multi-tasker
I do NOT store everything and anything
I LIKE to research.
I LIKE to surf
I LIKE video clarity
I LIKE quick reponse
I LIKE dependibility
Question;
If you were to rate all the bundled packages that major retailers put together, as self proclaimed computer guru's who put their systems together for their OWN PERSONAL needs (and I am sure most of you fall into this category) Who is it? HP, DELL, IBM, ACER etc...etc...etc....(ad nauseum)....that puts together the right component mix for general Joe public like me? And what do manufacturers that create these bundles do that is innapropriate in your opinion. ie; enough/poor compatibility memory, inadequate match video cardversus corresponding LCD's, bad motherboard/processor combo's, insufficiant cache, mismatched HD, DVD players/writers, multimedia, home theatre limitations etc.............
Taking into consideration MY limited needs, but an obvious need for speed, I believe YOUR help would go a long way in my choosing a system, for me, something that fits ME. Bundle or build $$$$? Recommendations appreciated.
