Just received new MOBO...?

Hi all,

I just received my replacement MB from Newegg. They are repaceing free of charge the defected ones from Intel...My question, when switching out the bad one for the new one do I have to clean my harddrive and start over or can i just replace the MB and move forward. Thanks
