Just wanna delete windows and reload it

im having some problems so i just want to delete the whole OS and my HD and make it clean like brand new

i have an OS i can load back onto it

are there any easy ways to do this?
 
now that i think about it i wanna load Windows XP Professional x64 (trial)

but i want my hd clean

and i need a link to download x64 please Mircosoft site doesnt have it anymore
 
What do is just load up my computer from the Xp disk and go from there. Gives me the options to reinstall windows or start from blank.
