I just built this system, what can I do as far overclocking? what differance can I expect to see? Also, does this seem like an ok setup? I was on a buget.. Thanks!!

You should be able to a little, do you have the HSF that came with the processor?

If you plan to do anything other than minor OCing I would get an aftermarket HSF since the Pentium D's run a little hot.


You would probably notice a slight improvement but be careful, budget PC's have a tendency of not holding up as well as higher end rigs.
 
pentium d is good for oc, i have the 805, and the same mobo make sure u have a good heatsink and fan, and thermal paste before doin so, and u would prolly notice a bit of performance increase
