First of all, i dont know if this is the right place to place this issue but whatever.
I am Running Kali Linux on a VM (virtual box) and i finally got my wifi adapter to work on it (Linksys AE300)
So i wanted to scan the area for networks to crack. I couldnt find any clients to any of the networks (over 8 in this area) and so i tried to get the handshake of my own wifi network. But even though i have 2 devices connected to it it doesnt pick up the clients. When i run the deauthentication it kicks off my phone but does not show it as client or something. Can someone please help me?
