keeps selecting all ??????????

hi i have a laptop and my dog jumped on keyboard now when in programmes!!
word when i click on text it keeps selecting all
i know this may be easy but the laptop is new!!!!!!
please help

I think that you have a key that is stuck....

First if the Laptop is new contact the company you got your laptop from....

Second if you cannot get it fixed by them for free... and you do not know how to do it yourself take it to a recommended repair centre.


But it is not so hard to fix all of the keys on a laptop are removable…Also it is very easy to replace the keyboard if you can get a new one..

What laptop do you have? Make and series please I will see if I can find you instructions for replacing your keyboard….
