I was using my custom built computer, and all of the sudden my Logitech G15 USB keyboard shut off. At the bottom of the screen (windows XP), it said something along the lines of "The hardware you plugged in malfunctioned, and Windows cannot read it." I tried restarting the computer, but I had no luck. My mouse still works fine, but the keyboard didn't. I tried an older Dell USB keyboard that I had laying around, but that wouldn't work either. I tried plugging the keyboard into the port that the mouse worked on, but that didn't work. I can't sign into the computer because I have no way of entering my password. Can anyone help me? I desperately need to get this fixed.
