keyboard issue

Hi. I play CS 1.6 online. For some reason my keyboard has been acting strangely. When i press a button and release it, the button will behave as if it is still being pressed for several seconds. It used to not happen very much, but now it happens fairly often. Im running an athlon processor with windows XP. The keyboard i have works fine on my other computer so i think it's a computer problem. Could it be a problem with the registry or something like that? Thanks for your help.

check your ping and fps it might be lag, and if you have another keyboard try it just to be sure. Also is your keyboard wireless? I remember my wireless keyboard had problems similar to yours
