Keyboard, mouse and wifi trouble

So, I was sitting on YouTube listening to some music, when my laptop all the sudden decided to crash on me. I didn't really think much of it, and just rebooted the laptop. I got in, got to the desktop, and noticed that no Internet connection is available. I know a way to fix this, so I thought. There is a little switch on my laptop that you have to touch, easy yeah? The problem is.. The keyboard, and the buttons on the computer itself are not responding.. It dosent even light up when I press caps lock. I've tried to google the problem, but haven't really found anything that helps, at all.

This is on an acer aspire.

I can use a plugged in mouse + keyboard, and I have some pictures.

Reboot again... try entering bios, that will show if its the keyboard or just the os not recognising it!
 
Heya.

I did reboot it several times. The keyboard on the laptop works in the BIOS, its first when you get to the desktop that it stops
 
I did think of that... Nothing helped. Atm, I concerned how I get internet though. Its showing the icon for a LAN connection with a red cross over it. It cant even find my wifi signals
