Keyboard nor recognized

I recently built a computer for a friend. Everything was working fine. However, after he took the computer home and plugged in his own keyboard, the keyboard stopped working. He has tried three different keyboards and still hasn't gotten one working.

Please Advise,

Weel, it seems that the final step is to check and see if one of those three keyboards work in a different computer. If they do, then I would say that the PS/2 keyboard port on the motherboard is bad. And if so, then you hopefully can exchange the motherboard out for another one from the manufacturer.
