keyboard not reacting

hey again, does any one know why my Packard bell keyboard not working as it was recently( a month ago)?

no i turned it on after it was working fine. i am wondering if i need drivers as i have recently cleaned my pc of viruses. if it helps it is a packard bell and its model number is SK-2300

infact i hav jus realised dat 1 of the prongs is lying flat.. sorry to wate ur time
