Keyboard Problem

Hello. I bought a Razer Arctosa Gaming Keyboard this week. It works fine everywhere expect when I start gaming. When I go to mw2, or join a game in mw2, it disconnects. When I unplug and plug in the keyboard, it connects back. It does this most of the time. It's annoying to unplug and plug the keyboard all the time. Please help and thanks in advance.

Did the keyboard come with a software configuration utility? You might find a solution in the settings somewhere. I've never owned one, so I don't know for sure.

try updating the drivers for the keyboard if this is available or maybe a new patch for the game. Or maybe there is just a loose connection inside the computer on the I/O shield maybe?

The drivers are update. But I'm not sure of that I/O connection. How can I fix it if its not good? My mouse works fine and my older keyboard too.

You mean you can play the game with your older keyboard? Then something is wrong with that keyboard itself. I think if the update of the driver is not helpful, you can just bring it to some computer repair shop or others.

Hi,
Press and release the Connect Channel button on the bottom of the the keyboard.Check the green light on the receiver. A stable green light means the synchronization was successful.

Thanks
