keyboard problem

my keyboard occasionally goes into automatic shift where everything is not only capslocked, but also the numbers become symbols, enter on msn does not mean send the message (and the send button also skips a line)... i need to reboot the computer to fix the problem but the next day it happens again. could you please help me? i do not know very much about computer mechanics!

Yea probably a virus, try running a virus scanner. If you don't have one, go to download.com and search for AVG antivirs, you should see one that says free edition. Give that a try.
