keyboard shortcuts???

ok so my keyboard usually uses shortcut keys (like internet and media player buttons) but mostly i just use it for the volume knob....anyways the knob stopped working and i hate manually having to go into the control panel to adjust vloume...what am i supposed to do to get them working again

by the way this is the keyboard: HP SK 2505

It's a little odd that they have stopped working. Did they stop working after you had installed something or done something.

You must have done something to make them not work. Either that or your keyboard doesn't work properly.
