Keyboard wake-up function

I wanna to enable keyboard wake-up function and in order to do that i need to do this: Set this jumper to pins 2-3 (+5VSB) if you wish to wake up the computer when you press a key on the keyboard. This feature requires an ATX power supply that can supply at least 1A on the +5VSB lead, and a corresponding setting in the BIOS.


What this means This feature requires an ATX power supply that can supply at least 1A on the +5VSB lead, and a corresponding setting in the BIOS.
I know that i have ATX PSU buT dont know can my psu provide 1A on +5VSB lead.
How to find out that.I have 400W PSU
