Ok heres the situation i have at work....

We have sold 2 systems(PC's setup with specialised proprietary software) from different Vendors/Manufacturers to a client. Vedor-A's system is networked & setup for access with PCAnywhere via a VPN for support, however, Vendor-B's system is only networked directly to Vendor-A's system and not to the VPN access.

Problem:
Vendor-B is not best of friends with Vendor-A (kinda competitors)

I need Vendor-B to connect to their system to do some configuring. However i must allow them access to Vendor-A's system in order for them to then Telnet accross from there to the Vendor-B system.

How can i record what programs & keystrokes Vendor-B does while logged in via PC Anywhere to Vendor-A's system?

Hmm.... do you know if it will still record the "keystrokes" of a person that is using the system via PCAnywhere, or does it only record Actual keys pressed on the phyical keyboard connected to the system?

Also, is it easy to remove? I'd like to compleatly uninstall it once the vendor has finished his work.

Keyloggers work by using 'hooks' that attach it to a specific process (or all of them). It should work but even for the most legit reasons I would be hesitant to hand a keylogger to anyone (no offense Scrat).
 
i once installed a keylogger on school comps and it worked quite well - except these days more virus scanners can detect the software kind.
