kicked out?

Hey guys I'm new here, and i need some help with a little problem.
Anyway, I got kicked out of a site for a really stupid reason and it won't let me register again. I really need back in. I know there's a way to do it because somebody told me how to do it before, something about an I.P Address? If anyone knows what I'm talking about and could help me out it would be very appretiated. Or if anyone knows another way to get back in. Thanks alot.
 
No matter what you do, they'll discover you're back in under a new ID and ban you again. If necessary, they'll ban all the IP addresses from your ISP, meaning anyone else who has your ISP could not get in, either. And trust me, you don't want that to happen.

Best thing to do is learn your lesson and move on.
