Before you through the DUH in there do stop and tell us what class fo Athlon64.

1. ASRock make boards. NOT chipsets

2. ASRock is quite well known for making crappy budget boards. The simple fact that ECS has managed to make a stunning, highly capable Athlon64 mobo capable of being favorablt compared in the same paragraph as Abit and ASUS speaks volumes of their progress .... but no such ASRock part exists

3. If the Athlon64 is a S939 part then K8T800 (and subsequently, any ASRock K8T800 part) wont work -- because the K8T800 isnt for S939 A64s.
