Labtop moniter trouble:Won't go to full screen

I have a old toshiba satellite pro 445 cdx.I can't change the screen in the display properties because my screen is boxed center with black covering the bottom where I need to go to change it.Here some pics to explain more.

I can't see the screen shots too well but it looks like you have the standard vga video driver installed instead of the correct video driver.

Windows 98 is installed I assume? Here is your correct driver.
