What?

Based upon (the small amount) of what I understood it seems like your graphics card is overheating and thus causing artifacts.

when it says it requires 450 watts, thats generally speaking, because some 550watts wouldnt be enough, but then again a 400watt would.

It comes down to how much stuff is installed on the computer, if you have alot of PCI cards, hard drives, fans, lights, cd drives, ect, they all take up wattage from your power supply.

So i would try and remove any drives or cards that you dont need, and see if that helps your problem.

well i took it for a check up .. its the videocard spoil .. sry about the trouble .. but .. what is the safe temp for the graphic to be at ?

i have a 6600gt and it used to get up to 90 degrees without any problems. i wasn't happy with this and decided to remove the heatsink and clear off the old thermal paste and put some arctic silver 5... it knocked 25 degrees off the load temperature
