Lag and messed up desktop?

Was running Windows 10 tech preview, and just updated to the newest version. Before updating, I was noticing extreme lag in LoL, constantly. Checked, and there were no big background processes running. I didn't check temps then, but I noticed that my computer was running very loudly. After the update, all icons wouldn't show up, they all showed up as papers. When clicking them, they took forever to load up, and if they did, they would crash.

What should I do?

I have a 32 bit version of Windows 7 on a CD.

I have no DVD drive, but I have the product key.

What can I do?

Get the official 64 bit Win 7 ISO, make a USB installer and use the same serial.

Does Microsoft have copies on their website?
