Lagging

Hello, I'm new here and I have problem. In the past week I have problem with lags while I'm playing CS GO. 2 hours I have lag, and 2 hours I dont have lag. Before that I didnt have any lag.
I dont use router, so no one using my internet. I checked any download on my computer and everything is fine. I instaled anti virus, malwerbite and no viruses.
I really dont know what to do more. Please help If anyone knows what could be cause of my problem.

Go into console in CS:GO and type in net_graph 1 to display your FPS, or use a program like FRAPS. Find out if it's performance related to either your CPU or GPU, or if it's internet related. If it's graphics related, you'll see your FPS drop, however if it's internet related you'll see high pings and/or normal frame rates.
